General information
Flashboard valve drive actuator can adopt electric, pneumatic, manual, bevel gear rotating devices. Pneumatic actuator can be installed by air filters, solenoid valves, sensors, if installed the aboved drive actuators, pneumatic actuator shall be indicated in the contract.

Shell test and seal test
The shell test and seal test medium is water (containing preservatives), kerosene or other suitable liquid, of which viscosity less than water,.
Sealing is a non-metallic seal flashboard valve, the sealing shell test and requirements should be written by GB/T13927-92D level.
Sealing part is metal sealed flashboard valve, if have any request about the sealing performance , the leakage of seal test should be calculated by 1 × DNmm3 / s; while if not, this test will not be taken.
The flashboard valve drived by electric, hydraulic, pneumatic actuactor, after the closing of position adjustment, it should be closed three times, then the shell and sealing test should be taken under the requirements by 1 and 3.
The cleanliness requirements of flashboard valve are according to JB/T7748 requirements.
Static life test.
The number of Flashboard Static life test is according to the requirement, and other technical requirements are according to JB/Z234 requirements.
