The structural features and diagrams of API bellows gate valve
API bellows gate valve is widely used in the pipeline of the petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, fertilizer, power industry and other working conditions, which the nominal pressure is CLASS150～900LBS, and the working temperature is -29 ~ 350 ℃. It is used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipe. The main features of API bellows gate valve: 1. reasonable structure, reliable sealing, excellent performance, attractive appearance; 2. the sealing surface is welded by Co-based alloy, it is wear-resisting, corrosion-resistant, good anti-friction performance, and has a long service life. 3. the stem quenched and tempered, and the surface nitriding treatment, have a good corrosion resistance and anti-friction performance. 4. double sealed makes the performance more reliable. 5. stem movement position indicator is more intuitive. 6. the parts materials and flanges, butt welding end dimensions are selected according to actual working conditions or the users’ requests, in order to meet the needs of a variety of projects.
