Usage
API forged steel flange gate valve is widely used in the pipeline of oil, chemical, fire station and other working conditions, which ANSI class is 150-2500, and the working temperature less than 600℃. It is used to cut off or connect the medium. Applicable medium: water,oil,steam,etc. Operation mode: manual, gear transmission, electrical, pneumatic and so on.Structural features
Products designed and manufactured according to API standards, with sealing reliability and excellent performance, it works well with the imported equipment. Above 600Lb disc and the seat sealing using stellite cobalt-based alloy cladding, it is wear-resistant, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and has an excellent anti-abrasion performance and a long service life.
Stem, which has been quenched and tempered and the surface has been treated by nitriding, will have a good anti-corrosion and scratch resistance. The use of wedge flexible disc structure and the large-diameter set rolling, makes the open and close easily.
Full range of body materials, packing and gasket are matched according to the actual working conditions or the user requests, they can be applied to all kinds of pressure, temperature and medium conditions.
1500LB, 2500LB cavity use the pressure of self-tight seal structure. Sealed property is increased by the rising of inner pressure, with high reliability.
Inverted sealing uses stainless steel screw connection seal seat or welding austenitic stainless steel body, it is reliable. And the packing replacement and maintenance can be carried out under non-stop conditions, it is convenient and does not affect system operation.

Body structure
The flange standard is conform to API 602，MSS-SP-118（standard can be adopted）and ANSI B16.34、B35352. the inspection and test are according to API598, marks are according to MSS-Sp-25. using the following structures: full bore or reduced bore.
The face-to-face dimension is according to ANSI B16.10.
The flange dimension is according to ANSI B16.5.
