Manual Vacuum Isolated Wedge Gate Valve

The connection types are flange and welding connection. And drive modes are manual and electric. The valve is used as a hoist device in the pipeline of the medium of water,steam, air, which the working temperature ≤425℃ and ≤550℃. It is especially suitable for thermal power plant steam turbine condensate and vacuum system, has a vacuum isolated sealing effect.

The structural features

1、It designs the vacuum sealing structural packing room, allows the system isolated from the atmosphere, and has a good environmental performance.
2、Exquisite Selection, according to the domestic and international standards, and the materials has the overall high quality.
3、The match of sealing is advanced and reasonable, it also improves sealing performance, and has a long service life.
4、The sealing of hoist part uses parallel disc two-way flexible sealing. It has small friction, open and close easily, easy to maintain, sealing reliable, and excellent performance.
5、After quenched and tempered and surface nitriding treatment, the stem has a good corrosion resistance, scratch resistance and abrasion resistance.
6、Flange Gasket uses composite materials, has expansion coefficient and gas-tight performance, ensures system isolated from the atmosphere reliably.
