The main body of the wear-resistant ceramic discharge valve is consist of cast steel, cast iron and wear-resistant ceramic.
Applicable temperature: ≤250°C。
The nominal pressure of actuator is 0.4-0.6Mpa, and the nominal pressure of valve is 1Mpa.
Usage
The valve is mainly used as a hoist device in dry ash, system ash and slug discharge of thermal power plant, and the pipeline of wear and tear, corrosive dust, water,oil, steam and other media of mining, papermaking, petrochemical, etc.

The valve has characteristics of good sealing performance,high temperature resistance,strong abrasion resistant, open and close easily,no ash block and dust stratification, a long service life and so on.
