Scum flange gate valves
It is widely used in the pipeline of fire power plant water systems and mortar hydraulic discharge system that the nominal pressure PN1.6 ~ 6.4MPa, working temperature 0 ~ 100 ℃. And it cuts off or connects the water pipes of a mixture of ash, and slag-water mixture
Structural features
1、Using flange bolt connection, both ends of branch pipe are flange or butt welded connection.
2、The hoist part uses semi-seal and mandatory seal, and has an excellent performance.
3、Sealing material is wear-resistant ceramic or wear-resistant alloy, it has strong abrasion resistance, durable and erosion resistance, scratch resistent, small friction, and reliable sealing.
4、The junction of body exiting channel is reasonable. It will not deposit slag, open and close easily, and non-jamming.
5、After quenched and tempered and surface nitriding treatment, the stem has a good corrosion resistance, scratch resistance and abrasion resistance.
6、Oversize bore sets antifriction bearing, it is easy to open and close.
