Application
Slab gate valve with diversion hole is used in natural gas, petroleum, chemical industry, environmental protection, urban pipelines, gas pipelines and other pipes and venting systems and vapor storage device. It is used as a hoist equipment. It is applicable to the long-distance pipeline of natural gas extraction and purification.
Features
The seat sealed structure should be flexible with preload force, and the upstream and downstream sealing seat should seal at the same time. Between the seat and seal materials is always face to face seal. Seat has self-cleaning function, and will not washed directly by the air in the process of the open or close of the valve. Seat should be made of materials with lubrication and anti-abrasion. The breakdown of the actuator will not affect other parts of the valve, and the repair and replacement can be done without disassemble the valve.
The whole structure features
Yokesleeve: aluminum bronze yokesleeve matched with needle thrust bearings, will minimize the operating torque.
Stem: the length of the screw is until to the bracket; pin and spot welding; it will have stability.
Pressure Seal: simple structure, configuration sub-buckles, and silver-plated low-carbon steel washers, will help to disassemble and achieve the best cap sealing.
Seat ring: welded seat ring perpendicular to the flow path, it is easy to maintain.
actuator: You can configure the electric, hydraulic or pneumatic actuator. Under DN300 configure the standard manual handwheel, and above DN350 configure helical gear operating mechanism.
Yoke: fully assembled yoke has passed anti-seismic test, it is easy to maintain and install actuator.
Gland: Two-piece of self-regulating gland, they are uesd to avoid pop-up.
Whole backseat: Hard, and has the longest service life.
Disc: a spring-loaded disc can self-regulate and reduce the torque requirements of the actuator.
Whole locking: the whole cast support stop device and the Position-Assembled support disc make the seat more stable and reliable.
