The wedge type gate USES
1 the wedge type valves for the wedge disc type structure. It apply pressure, temperature and diameter, especially suitable for medium and large caliber pipe, but not used to adjust flow.
2 this gate structure is simple, small size, use more reliable. Can be widely installed in petroleum, electricity, heat, water, medicine, urban construction, papermaking, oil, metallurgical, mining industry etc systems.

1 wedge type gate valve internal medium channel is the direct, medium flows when the valve without changing its flow direction, so small flow resistance.
2 when the open-close direction and medium flow wedge movement direction perpendicular, thus on-off is more economical.
3 medium flow direction is unlimited, can both arbitrary direction, all can reach the purpose of general or truncation filling. Easy installation, applicable to flow direction of medium in pipelines may change.
4 the wedge type gate valve threads in the external transmission, lubrication and fluid corrosion. Therefore according to the movement direction of the stem and intuitive judgment of valves open position, not by accident caused by running ones.
5 this series valves with manual device in the match, pneumatic device or electric equipment form of manual valves, pneumatic valves and electric gate three categories of products.
