1. Knife-shaped slurry gate valve is made into two types of non-rising stem and rising stem according to different diameters (non-rising stem DN50~900mm and rising stem DN50~900mm). Full-circular DC channel is designed to be free of slag and blockage. The bottom end of the cutter plate is processed into a knife-edge shape, which can cut off soft materials such as fiber, pulp and wood pulp, and has good opening and closing functions. A hard polytetrafluoroethylene scraper is installed at the upper end of the cutter plate to prevent dust, grit and other abrasive substances from entering the stuffing box, significantly improving the service life of the cutter plate. The valve plate is made of stainless steel, with fine grinding and polishing for the best sealing effect. 2. The valve body and packing culvert are precision cast. The valve body is integrally cast with flange. 304, 316, 316L, WCB and 2Crl3 can be selected according to the user's requirements. The sealing ring is made of PTFE reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene, which is corrosion resistant, wear-resistant and slag free.
3. The valve plate has 5 supporting points, so that the valve plate has good self-alignment. When the valve is closed and under back pressure, the valve plate will not shift.
